- You are responsible for activity on your account and safeguarding credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
- We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or legal compliance reasons.
3. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app or service access.
- Attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, or interfere with service integrity.
- Use the app for unlawful activity.
4. Content and Third-Party Sources
- The app provides access to third-party podcast content and metadata.
- Podcast content is owned by the original publishers and rights holders.
- We do not guarantee third-party content availability, accuracy, legality, or quality.
5. AI Features
The app may provide AI-generated summaries, key moments, transcripts, and chat answers.
- AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable.
- AI output is provided for informational convenience only and is not professional advice.
- Model or provider selection, fallback behavior, quotas, and limits may vary by plan and may change over time.
Some AI-generated transcripts may be cached and reused across users when tied to the same episode or audio identity to reduce duplicate processing. Shared cache entries are not intended to identify you personally.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials
- Paid subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through the applicable store account settings.
- Store rules govern refunds, billing disputes, and trial conversion behavior.
- Feature entitlements and limits may differ between free and paid plans.
7. Service Changes and Availability
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
- We may apply quotas, anti-abuse controls, and operational limits to protect service reliability.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account via in-app settings or /delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to service or security.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a revised last-updated date and may be announced in-app.
